UPS CREATIVE Services will design your ad from scratch using the text and images submitted with the purchase of the ad.

Quarter Page Ad-Orientation: Vertical Size 3.625” X 4.87” (Price $275.00 plus a $2.50 processing fee)

Half Page-Orientation: Horizontal 4.87”X 7.5” (Price $325.00 plus a $2.50 processing fee)

Full Page-Orientation: Orientation: Vertical 7.5 X 10” (Price $600.00 plus a $2.50 processing fee)

Print ready artwork must be submitted in PDF or JPG format with the exact measurement of the ad chosen. All images need to be high resolution, at least 300 dpi and in CMYK color.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS USING THIS FORM IS MIDNIGHT ON Monday, APRIL 7, 2025.

ALL pricing includes a $2.50 processing fee.
